The hotel had a good location, close to the city center and next to a main street that made it easy to get around. The staff was friendly and helpful, with some members speaking multiple languages which made communication easy. We also enjoyed the New Year's dinner that was offered, which had a good selection of food and drinks to choose from.
It didn't look like the photos online and was not clean. The bathroom had a strong odor that didn't go away even after we asked for it to be cleaned.

the rooms were clean and spacious, and we loved the friendly and helpful staff. the location was perfect, just a short walk from local shops and restaurants, and the hotel offered complimentary breakfast which made starting our day easy.

The Atacity Hotel in Istanbul is easy to find and has clean and ready rooms. The staff members, especially Mustafa, were incredibly helpful, making our stay the best. The hotel is recommended for solo travelers, friends, and families. The English-speaking staff and comfortable amenities, like the big shower, contributed to a great experience. The breakfast was yummy and they even delivered it to my room after breakfast hours. They went above and beyond to assist with groceries and taxis during my recovery from surgery.
